Born in France, Chef Stefane Thierry is an award-winner who has worked as a chef and pastry chef in renowned hotels in Berlin and the Black Forest area of Germany, as well as the Alto Adige region of Italy. Our Saturday evening dinner at the resort’s L’Enoteca restaurant was a sumptuous five-course affair complete with wine pairings presented by a knowledgeable staff.
