FIVE ESSENTIAL TOOLS FOR THE WOULD-BE CHEF
Single men would do well to learn that cooking well is one way to really impress a date. Showing some dexterity with kitchen equipment is a simple way to show some independence and learning ability. If, on the other hand, you burn water and when you offer to cook your friends always say “Hey, why don’t we order out,” then you may want to look at learning a few things in the kitchen. |

Those, my brothers, were the items that mattered. |

The nightcap— celebrated in movies and on Sinatra albums. It is that shot before bedtime, the time to seal the deal with your date, or that last drink to cry into. The nightcap conjures up images of jazz musicians, sloppily poured bourbons and dim corner bars. But finding the perfect place to have one can be a challenge. |

As the “Prince of Pop” – blurring the line between “high” and “low” art—the incomparable Andy Warhol helped define contemporary culture. Consequently, Warhol himself remains perhaps as famous now as ever. |
