Sounds like this sport is right up his alley—Winnipeg’s own Micheal Schmidt, one of the world’s leading ten-pin bowlers, recently captured his second ten-pin bowling World Cup title in Toulon, France, becoming the fifth multiple winner in the event’s 46-year history. Schmidt, who hails from Tyndall, Manitoba, first won when the event was held in Slovenia in 2005.
